Had a pickup order for 12:27. Just two sandwiches in the order. Left at 1:03 with the food. Over 30 minutes waiting inside. They said they were doing the orders in the order they were received. Except if I had gotten in line, I would have be out of there with my food at least 15 minutes or more sooner. They didn’t offer anyone waiting a drink or attempt to be courteous. They were working hard on orders, but the organization of it and the customer service were huge fails. We won’t be back to this location.
Really like the Italian subs. It is wonderful that the meat and cheese were cut as the sandwich was made. Very fresh indeed.
We love the vibe of this place, the music, the kind staff, the whole retro feel of the place. This location is particularly good.
Extremely long wait time to even be acknowledged and order taken.. One gentleman ahead of us in line. Walked out. Can’t understand the employees questions due to noise.nThen the “step behind table please” comment... overall not a good impression from first visit at this location.
Favorit sub place in 6 cities. Staff remembers you and likes to talk if you want to. Food is great...clean...fresh ..filling. make it how you like it.
