Good service and often replace buttons at no charge. Have never had damage to our garments. Sometimes their equipment goes down, so have to plan ahead as it can sometimes take more than normal lead time.
I've been using this place for years! I drive about 30 minutes to get here. It is worth the drive! Sheri @ the Keller location is great. Wonderful customer service!
Been using Cinch for years. They take great care of my items, and only one issue which was resolved at no charge. Always easy to work with.
Dropped off a $1800 Louis Vuitton scarf they had the tag ripped off and holes in it when I got it back. Highly advise you read all reviews and find someone else ! The owner did not take responsibility and just said it is what it is. Worse company ever !!!!!
