I brought my grandpas down goose comforter here and she did an amazing job!!!!! I was a little worried but he was so happy with the results. The comforter is 20 years old but she took the most amazing care of it!!!!! I will deff use them again.
Don't normally do same day svc, but I have been using this cleaners for years and WONDERFUL. Nicest lady that takes great pride in her work. Not the very cheapest but not the most expensive either. They are right in the middle price wise and well worth the peace of mind. They have NEVER lost or damaged anything or burned (shiny markings) or returned anything that really wasn't cleaned properly. We take all my spouses work clothes here every week. Owner is very attentive to detail and is very careful to take care of the clothing. Anytime I have had a question, I am always surprised she knows what article of clothing I am talking about without even looking in the computer. She can also repair anything at a reasonable price. I have priced elsewhere and she is always the cheapest for repairs and can get them back quickly. Even takes them out and puts in my car for me .... even in the rain!!
I dropped my shirt off and was promised it to be cleaned by the next day at 5. I go in to pick it up, and they haven't even begun to clean it. I seriously needed the shirt, so I had to take it dirty. No apology, no communication, nothing.nWill never go back.
