Never rent from Nexus properties. Great looking place until you try to move out. Like other reviews you have been warned!! They will tell you anything you want to hear and then bill you totally different when you are not in front of them face to face.

I give 2 stars as I loved it while I was there. But things take a dramatic turn once you leave. I fulfilled my 12 month lease as of January, moved out by the end of the month. I purchased a home, so I let the office know that I would not be resigning my lease, I couldn’t give them the 60 day notice, because that’s not how house buying works, but I did my best at 30 days. In was told since I didn’t give 60, I would need to pay February’s rent, which I obliged to do so. Today, I get a letter, stating I owe for February plus an early termination fee of over $1,200! So they keep my deposits, and I wind up owing them over $1200, then give some bogus charges that my pet ruined all the carpets and they needed to be replaced, which is absolutely false. I’ve got pictures of the apartment after move out, my animal is very well trained, and kennel kept during work hours.nnBe warned. The other comments are correct. This is a beautiful place to live, with wonderful local staff, it’s just nexus is a money hungry conglomerate that feeds off of its customers. I was an excellent tenant, always on time, never made a fuss, and the end, this is how I’m treated. I’ll pay their stupid non sense and bogus charges, but I’ll be their biggest pain in terms of pushing people away.

Super loud because of the highway. The first 2 sets of apartments on Trifecta are that way. The townhomes on the other end should be fine.

Worst customer service. Rude people that dont care and I see reading other comments its not the first time. You guys should hire better people to handle the apartments and the interaction. One of the associates or lease consultant is a Caitlyn Campbell. Again the worst. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use these apartments. they truly feel they are the only ones in the area and can do whatever they want. Customer service is one issue but there is more, their contract is design to rob people super one sided watch out with them!
