Great quality home at a great price compared to the other big home builders. Our sales representative Jill Rankin provided us with a very informed buying process. She knows her stuff and works with you every step from the beginning to your closing and Beyond. Jill has truly made the picking out the right home for us and providing updates to our every question and concerns. If you are looking for a new house that is well built and at an outstanding value for the price then you need to see Jill Rankin for your new home. She will treat you with respect and listen to your needs and wants and help guide you to your perfect new house.

Had lived here before, moved away, and now back a second time. Love the quiet area. People are nice and the school’s are a great selling point for young families. Older sections could use a little more updating and upkeep, but new sections are well kept and help with value. Once the Gordon Boulevards connect Gun Powder and Hawks Landing, we should see even more value added. All-in-all, glad to be back and look forward to spending the next decade or two here.

We have loved our building so far. Our representative is Jill Rankin and she has been extremely helpful and very eager to answer any and all of our questions! We have looked at different builders and ultimately chose Maronda because the homes are BEAUTIFUL and Jill made us feel very comfortable and we felt like we have known her for years. She was selling a home, not a just a house. Overall very satisfied with the company and cannot wait for our build to be complete.

My foreman Tony is the best! I have built 3 different homes with 3 different builders in different price ranges and Tony by far is the best foreman I have worked with!
