Penn Station East Coast Subs

Our visit on 8/26 at the Richwood location was definitely not one of the best experiences we have had. Ordered online and app noted that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived on site 25 minutes later and waited in line for at least 15 minutes until someone acknowledged me. Seems that there could be a designated area for online/phone in orders so this could be avoided.nThen waited for fries to be made. (That's normal procedure which ensures freshnessud83dudc4d).nWe ordered cheeseteaks with extra meat that didn't seem to be any more than a regular serving. The meat on my wife's sandwich was very gristle and ended up being a treat for the dog. ud83dude12

On Saturday night I ordered a cheesesteak it only took about 10 minutes to get out to me, and the best part was that it tasted great. highly recommend! The staff was also very nice and very professional.

Delicious food. I love some chicken teriyaki. Their fries are hit it miss sometimes but overall rather tasty

Food is great, but the service consistently lacks. Orders are never ready when the app says they will be, you don't get napkins without asking, and the employees generally seem to dislike their job which shows in the lack of friendliness you receive as a customer. I eat here because I like the food, but I only go when my patience pants are ready!

The young lady at the cash register was totally unprofessional and considering this is a food service company was wearing her mask below her nose an kept touching it to adjust it with the same gloves that she was handling food and customers orders and credit cardsnnThe floor of the counter area was a complete disaster. Each time she filled a contain with fries, several would fall to the floor and she would just walk all over themnnWill not be going back and don't recommend anyone who is health or clean conscious going there either.
