I purchased a monthly package for my car. The wheel cleaner brushes scratched all 4 wheels. I brought it to the manager's (at that time) attention , he said to get the wheels repaired, and bring the receipt back. Then he would reimburse me. I did, now the new manager refused to pay for the damage. They are dishonest. Do not use this Jerry's, they will damage your car and rip you off.

$30 a month for the best automated car wash in Keller. And I've tried them all.nnThe attendants are always there, they always pay attention, they pre-wash your vehicle if it's very dirty.nnFree vacuums as well.nnSingle-use washes are expensive, so I strongly recommend you go monthly. The only thing I dislike is that they automatically renew your subscription every month. I would prefer to simply renew when I need to at the automated kiosk before entering the wash. That's really my only complaint.

I gotta say ... I was pretty impressed by Jerry's (at least this location - that's all I know of for sure) today. I have been to this location many times, so I'm very familiar with the process. We just had a severe winter storm here, so everyone's vehicles wouldn't been particularly filthy. There was a long line due to this fact, and this location had a couple additional employees prior to the entry of the wash to do a quick prescrub specifically on areas that the wash could struggle with. Pretty thoughtful in my opinion...

Called and canceled account. Guy on the phone said he would take care of it. Noticed my credit card was still being charged. Called the company again and told they would call me back. Talked to GM and he said he was having member services take care of it and he would call and follow up with me. Now they ghost my calls. I've gone up here 4 times trying to see Stan (the GM who won't return calls) and not once have I been able to catch him at work. The shift managers I talk to say they have heard him talking about this and they will have him call me. Still nothing. Today I was told by a store manager they were bought by another company so now they can't do anything. When I asked for corporate or the owners contact info I was told he can't give me that.

For the price and the free vacuums this is a good deal. It’s definitely a time saver if you compare it to hand washing your car at home. It would be nice if the vacuum attachments would stay on or get replaced on a recurring basis. They recently added those dispensers for extra cara cleaning stuff. This one is still nicer than the one on Beach.
