Extremely relaxing experience every time! There's always friendly staff to greet you when you enter. The waiting area has comfortable seating and soft music playing. The fruit infused water and mints are a nice touch. John is my favorite at this location, but I've never had a bad massage or uncomfortable experience here.
A few challenges with this location. Very difficult to get an appointment here. Massages in the past have been phenomenal. Massage this time was less than average and wasn't relaxing. I noticed that I was the only customer waiting and the only one when I came out midday. I may need to try another ME nearby
Been a customer for many years. I had a sudden rate increase a year ago with no notice. My massage therapist was great; however, the establishment customer service is horrible. I cancelled, they have a form you fill out and then require 10 days for , “processing”. Seriously, it is a cancel button on a computer. Horrible, will not ever renew, too many other good places to go.
