Never have a complaint! My hair always come out great with a cut or color. Appointments are highly recommended even if you find it on Groupon. Becky stays pretty busy & a walk in would wait more than you would expect.
Don't recommend. Very unprofessional. Doesn't communicate well. I can not imagine running a business like this.
My appointment was for 1:00 but I wasn't brought back until nearly 2pm due to overbooking. The woman who left before me looked good so I thought I was in good hands, but the entire process felt extremely rushed. I wanted caramel brown natural looking highlights that faded from root to tip, and instead I got 90's chunky blonde skunk highlights that were lighter at the root than the ends and a brassy yellow. Last photo is what I asked for and first two is what I got. It looked so bad I had to drive straight to Sally's beauty supply right afterwards to get the products to create a shadow root and tone out the brassiness, spending even more money. I'm disappointed that I was too nervous to say anything about it but ultimately wouldn't have trusted her ability to fix it as there were even more people with appointments after mine that were also being rushed.
