I called in advance to my gel removed, nails clipped, and hardener applied. They took me as soon as I arrived. The young male nail tech I had did not speak one word to me, not one. He was cold and unfriendly. The charge was minimal so I believe he thought I was wasting his time. I do not know. Upon checkout, I mentioned that my nail tech needs to speak to his customers and at least act like he cares. She responded with total indifference. This was my first experience there. I will not be back. There are so many local options.
I’d been wanting to go here cause it looked really fancy and I heard good things. But I haven’t even had my nails 2 days and it already looked like it had been a week. The guy who did mine didn’t push back my cuticles and when he applied the powder he didn’t go all the way back to my cuticles. I’m not pleased I paid $50 for these.
I booked an appointment with Chi Le and she did an absolutely amazing job! I love how my nails turned out.

So about 2 weeks ago I wrote a great review. Now I have to change it. I spent $102 on a pedicure and nails. The most I've ever spent because Mama's on a budget and I've always spent $25 for a set of nails before I moved to ky. Today while taking the groceries out of the bags my pinky nail POPPED OFF. didn't break. Didn't crack. Popped off like it wasn't even glued on all the way. Has anyone else had this issue from this particular salon? I've never had this problem.
