Our church Celestial Church of Christ rented a space in the I-30 business park for 6yrs. (2014 through 2020). From the Rental agent, to the management staff, this company has “good” professional people. They were sensitive to our unique needs. Always ready to assist/support as needed. Peaceway Community Church has been using the rented facility owned by Sky Interests Properties for the last eight years. Before we moved in they did a superb job by re-modelling the facility to our satisfaction free of charge. They are very prompt in doing repair works and other services whenever needed. We are very satisfied all these years and would love to continue to use this facility until we move to our own church building. We highly recommend Sky Interest Properties for anyone looking for a rented facility.

Renting from Sky Interests has always been a pleasure. They are always kind and helpful whenever I need anything. During the shelter-in-place COVID-19 situation they suspended all late fees and lockouts to ease the financial stress on their tenants. Very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend working with them on your real estate needs.
