Caprice was wonderful to work with and helped find my husband and I our dream home! It was a long process with many changes, but Caprice was patient, understanding, and so informative throughout the entire process. My husband and I came from out of state and were not as knowledgeable about the laws in regards to buying a home in Texas, however, Caprice was our advocate and represented our needs when it came to dealing with house builders in making a contract to buy our home in order to get the best deal! She also responds quickly and follows up with pending things right away. This was VERY important for my husband and I as we like things to move rather quickly. She genuinely cares about her clients as she takes the time to get to know you and understand what you want and are looking for. Caprice will go over and above to help you out, she would answer your questions right away, she is quick, excellent customer service skills. I met her on 2012 when she helped me get my house and she has helped me to buy several properties. What I like best about her is her quick reaction skills and availability. I would highly recommend her!

Caprice Michelle is awesome and truly is excellent in every aspect of her profession. She has helped us in the past find the perfect property and will be our go to in the future. What sets her apart from most realtor/brokers is she knows the market and due to her extensive network she is aware of anything that could diminish the property value and is able To steer clear of those developments.
