I have lots of love and respect for out men and women in Blue! I have grown up in Rockwall having been here over 30 years. I have seen these officers pulled over changing tires, filling cars with gas, and holding umbrellas for elderly people in the rain as they walked to their car. We are all human, and the best of us choose to serve others. Thank you for your service.

From reading allot of reviews, I will never go to Rockwall. It seems to me that Rockwall is not in the United States, maybe it's in North Korea and my passport expired. The police seem to not allow citizens, or victims to be free. Why would anyone want to go there or even worse live there. Oh, that's right it's probably against the law to move out once you live there.nIf you do go there you will be stuck because they will arrest and force you to live there . What is going on in that place. Wake up people and stop drinking the Kool aid or city city . It is obvious the water is tainted. Good luck to anyone driving through that town. Stay safe and lock your doors and roll up your windows. And don't show them you have kids as they may steal them from you.

5 cruisers pulled up on my partner and I while servicing some clients In a neighborhood near Phelps lake. They were overly aggressive and didn’t believe that we were working and they thought we were armed— in panchos in the rain. They tried to get us to admit to things we weren’t doing through aggression and intimidation. We were just working and trying to make a living and in a blink we were being harassed by multiple officers. I felt safer before they were there and that is an issue.

Hartman is a disgrace to the badge. Sargent O'Bryon does not no how to supervise. Please learn not to be scared of cameras. Very unprofessional, uneducated and no respect for the first amendment.
