I love chicken express, but this location just wasn't it. The tenders were super small and over fried . I am used to some super juicy, fat tenders. The mashed potatoes were good and fresh but they barely put any gravy in it.
For some reason, they have gotten a lot slower with service. And the tea is so different. It’s now stronger and less sweet. Not good.
Absolutely a place worth stopping by, the food is fantastic and well prepared, the rates are affordable and it is consistently well kept in here. Keep it up.
They offer a great range of delicious food. I enjoy eating here. Staff members are always very kind, prices are reasonable and the place is always well organised.
My daughter and I were talking about how rude they always are at this location as we pulled up to the drive-thru. I asked to give me a sec and then after about three minutes called for them several times with no response. I pulled up to the window and he told me they were closing at 8pm due to NYE and all they had were rolls and sides. I asked him why he didn’t tell me that when I was looking at the menu and he said “like I was supposed to know that’s what you were doing, so I don’t see a problem with that”. Even after that comment I asked what side they had left and he said “well we’re closed now and closed the window”. I have no words for the how rude they are and there never seems to be consequences for their actions. I’m done!!!
