Food was good and staff courteous. However, when I ordered today’s special 5 classic roast beef sandwiches for $5, the the store added $0.95 to my order because they are a franchise and not company owned store. I kind of understand their point (kind of), but if I am asked to pay additional charge over the advertised special price, I expect the same quality sandwich as the sandwich pictured in the advertisement. The amount of beef on the sandwich was so small. We had more than twice the amount of bread than beef! What a shame!!!

The food was good, but the service was terrible! They got my order wrong the first time so I had to go back to get it corrected. Mickey the manager on duty was so rude. He shut the drive thru window in my face after I asked for the general managers number and name and/or corporate. So when I got home my husband called again to get the info for the general manager and he got hung up on. We finally got the info after my husband went back up there for a second time. Still got nothing resolved so I will be back up there tomorrow to speak with the general manager and go higher if need be.

Served old, cold stale food. Huge disappointment. I wondered why my order came out so quick. Now I know why. Polite cashier is the only reason I gave it a star at all. Unfortunately will never come back to this location.

Always a fast and quick place to get in and out of and order has always been correct and good!nnFun Fact : How to confuse the hell out of the cook? Ask for a Beef n Cheddar with no bun in a bowl with lots of lettuce! Why? Because Keto... LOL!nnDon't forget extra horsey sauce.nn- And thats how you confuse them and repeat yourself several times.

I constantly come by getting some food in this place. I enjoy the swift customer service and well made food. Great work.
