Melissa helped us sold our house around 3 months ago, and the experience with her was great! Melissa was professional and responsive to any question/ concern we had. English was not our fist language so there were some communication barrier, but Melissa was so patience with us, making sure we understand all informations. Overall, I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a relator.

Melissa is a great person to work with! I recommend her to all of our friends. We were a first time home buyer and we had no idea where to start or what to do. Melissa was very patient & always kept us informed. She is great when it comes to communication and being there for us when we always had questions or concerns. It took about 3-4months of a process of buying our first home. Melissa always kept us up to date and was always on top of everything including with the sellers/loan officer. After 4 years We then decided to sale our home due to moving to another city and the first person who came to mind was Melissa. Mellisa Cross is definitely the MVP of all realtors. When we first went into the market we had no idea what we were doing. Mellisa took the time to sit down and explain everything into detail and made the process of buying a home so much more easier. She really goes above and beyond for her clients and you don’t find that anymore. Her passion for helping people buy homes is unbelievable. She always has a great attitude and never steers you in the wrong path. That’s why we chose her to sell our home as well. Her knowledge of the real estate business is second to none. We had a timeline of needing to sell the home and she was on her A game. What’s even more amazing is her friendship beyond the sale. We stayed in contact with Melissa since the first day we met and remain friends til this day. You just can’t find that anymore. It’s amazing.
