Julie was amazing!! I was a first time buyer and she was recommended by my best friend. She was on vacation when I first called her and yet she still helped me move quickly as I had already found a place I wanted in a hot market - 48 hours after I first called her we put in an offer! She was very knowledgeable and great about keeping up communication all through the process. I highly recommend Julie!!

Julie is an absolutely amazing realtor! Buying and selling a house during a pandemic was not easy but Julie was up for the task with us!! She patiently helped us look at houses til we found the perfect one for our family and then got us through the process of making an offer to closing. She also sold our old house and had it pending in 24 hours above listing price!! She's truly amazing. Julie really cares about the people she works with and this shows in the details. She stopped by a couple weeks after we had closed on our new house with carbon monoxide monitors as a gift just because she cared that we have young children. Thank you, Julie, for going above and beyond!!!

Julie helped us through both the buying and selling experience. Four years ago Julie help us find our perfect starter home and this July she help us move on to our forever home! It was such an excellent experience and I can't imagine going through it with anyone different. Julie was helpful, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS available (even when she was on vacation!). I couldn't have asked for more. With her help we had our home on the market for under 24 hours before accepting an offer.

Julie is amazing work with she's honest.. she checks homes first before showing them. She took us threw Every step process of getting home.. and if we didn't understand something she would go out her way get info and explain things to us. Other family members are using her bcs they love how Julie is on top things and go above beyond try satisfy the client..

Julie is very knowledgeable and understands the needs and desires of her client. She has been very helpful to my wife and I in selling and purchasing properties. She also goes well above the call of duty in making sure she satisfies the client. Julie has a great personality and is enjoyable to work with. She comes very highly recommended by the Bay family.
