Jason sold my home efficiently and quickly. He had it listed and showings started the next day. I had a competitive offer within 30 days. The process was seamless and efficient. Jason was recommended to me by friends and I would most definitely recommend him to my friends and family. It was the least stressful sales experience I have had selling a property. I should stress I saved on the commission as his website suggests and I didn’t lose anything on my offer. What more could I have asked for!

Had a great experience working with Flat Fee Mls Realty when selling my investment property. Saved me a few thousand dollars and sold my property fast. Would definitely suggest all my friends and family to use them . They can save you Thousands in Commissions.

I highly recommend Mr. Litz as agent. He helped sell our home early this year. Mr. Litz brings over a nineteen year background to his profession. He is a property manager, builder and Real Estae agent. With his extensive experience his is able to go above and beyond that of what most realtors are capable of. Mr. Litz can difinitively answers questions about inspections and conditions of properties. He has an extremely strong working knowledge of contract negotiations.nHe is professional and very attentive to his clients needs! If you are in need of an agent in Northern Kentucky I highly recommend contacting Mr. Litz.nYou will be glad you did!

I contacted three companies to discuss selling my home and Flat Fee MLS was one of them. Here are 3 things I learned that you should know. 1. Almost all the content on their website was cut and paste from a competitors website. Not sure that's legal but it's definitely not ethical in my opinion. 2. On the website Jason Litz, the owner, claims to be in the top 6% of all agents for the last 7 years. The other 2 agents I interviewed said the records they have show he was never above the top 25% and as low as the top 78% during the last 7 years. 3. The 1 other google review is from a guy named Bill Dean who appears to be his business partner posing as a satisfied customer. In the Google results you'll see Bill Dean linked with Flat Fee MLS all over the place. I didn't use this company.

Just sold my Home with this company . Jason Litz was fantastic every step of the way . He explained the process , kept us informed at all stages and offered advice when needed . The flat fee cost saved us a lot of money . Can’t see the need to use a realtor when this service is as good if not better !
