I lease an office and warehouse space at Arbor Tech Drive. This company is great to lease from. Brian Toomey is the property manager, and has been great to work with. He worked with me to get me in a space that would suit my business needs. Any maintenance that needs to be done is always taken care of. We are going on our second year and look to be expanding to larger space with them. Thanks for your help Brian.

I recently rented space here , and I’m super pleased with the clean and professional atmosphere . Everyone is so friendly and ,Brian Toomey , the office manager , is so helpful and made my transition much easier. Brian takes time to answer questions and wants to make everyone feel comfortable and ready for business .nThank you , Brian , for going the extra mile for me and others !! I recommend this location for anyone looking to rent an office . I’m well pleased !

When you need a place to work separately from home, CMC offers the perfect space. The Florence property manager, Brian Toomey, is very responsive to tenant needs and takes to know each tenant personally. I recommend CMC and Brian Toomey for your office needs
