I recently signed my 11th lease with Weaver Farm! This is by far one of the best communities to live in. The office and maintenance staff are excellent, friendly and fantastic at each of their positions! Very few issues have come up over the years and the ones that have were handled quickly and professionally. I'm disabled and both the office staff and maintenance crew have gone out of their way to assist me over the years. You cannot ask for a better community!

Great office staff. They try to be as accomodating as possible. I haven't had many issues in the 7 years that I've lived here, but the few I've had have been resolved quickly.nThe maintenance guys do a great job of repairing things and keeping the property tidy.nLocation is great. Just a few minutes from 71/75. You can be on Mall Rd. in 5 minutes or out in the country in 10.

I am 21 years old and I’ve been living at weaver farm for almost 6 months and it is lovely!! The location is perfect and the office team is super helpful! 10/10 apartment complex for a young college student!

I am new to apartment living and i have found Weaver Farms to be a very nice place to live. The apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in and it has been a pleasure interacting with the staff in the office.
