In 2011 we decided that it was time to purchase our first home. Dave Gutzeit previously worked with my step dad. He sent many emails, spent lots of time searching for our perfect home, lots of phone calls and showings... We must have looked at 12+ homes before we found the perfect one! He drove out in the middle of no where a few times just to show us the homes we wanted to look at! He was not pushy, did not pressure us, and was very patient. In early 2012 Dave helped us wrap up the deal on our first home! We had such a great experience with Dave that he is a life long friend and the only real estate agent we will ever go through again.
