Follow up!nnIn addition to the review below I went with Arlington again. This time I got Tyler and he was incredible. The experience of having no AC on a 90 plus degree day and thinking you’re about to dump your pocket book on repairs is a bit stressful. Bobby had the info you needed and was so knowledgeable. He walked through options, talked future, and handled everything with extreme professionalism. Great job Bobby and great hire by Arlinghaus.nnPSnIt was between you and Thomas and Galbraith. Y’all answered the call, were extremely kind over the phone, and offered to have someone there same day or next day. You also empathized knowing it was a hot day. Y’all are expensive which is to be expected but you backed it up today and I appreciate that.
The men that came were extremely polite. They called first and kept me up to date with time they would arrive. When they arrived they went straight to work. They replaced everything that needed and fixed things that were done incorrectly with the other unit. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a consultation for a new furnace an ac unit on a Wednesday and by Saturday they were here to fix my furnace. I'm a Veteran and single mom and everyone was so knowledgeable and respectful. The crew showed up on time and it was even a weekend!nnArlngtonhaus made the process so easy and this was a huge job!! The best part was their respect for my house. They cleaned up everything (even in areas they didn't need to!). These guys were the best and represented themselves and the company professionally! I will definately be using them from now on and highly recommend them!
We had a technician come out for a tune-up on our furnace. He was very professional, respectful, and friendly. He provided us with facts about the current state of our unit as well as options for maintenance and cleaning vs. replacement. He was not sales-y, he was not pushy, and he was not presumptuous. He gave us the facts so we could decide what's best for our situation. We are very happy that we called Arlinghaus and we would definitely recommend them.
I had another company come to my home to look at my failing air conditioner. They were rude and expensive. Then I called Arlinghaus and it was totally different. The sales rep was respectful, honest and explained everything. He also answered all my questions with a smile. He even told me that I could take time to think about it. Amazing. The cost For their top of the line was $9000 cheaper than the other company and it comes with a great 10 year warranty. Arlinghaus is my go to company from now on.nnUPDATE 6/10/20nnArlinghaus just left after replacing my total heating and air system. Tyler, Tyler and Dalton were excellent. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did not leave until everything was double checked. Tyler explained everything to me in layman’s terms and made sure I was happy before they left. I had a ton of questions and Tyler answered all of them with a smile. Wonderful experience.
