Nikole was absolutely awesome in every aspect! Hard working, dedicated to our needs and met at any hour we needed with our hectic schedules to view houses over several counties and ALWAYS had that smile on her face and THEN when we found the house she worked with the seller making the list of items to repair EVEN when we were oh so picky and made several different list! She NEVER gave up on us even when I was ready to give in she kept us on tract! It was an extreme pleasure working with Nikole and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling! I will definitely use her to sale our old house when the time comes!!!

After starting out with other realtors, being ignored, and not getting anywhere with them I met this incredible lady at an open house. I decided to take the leap and let her give a swing at helping us find a home. After 6 months with other realtors and not finding anything. We were moving into the home of our dreams in 2 months!!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND during the whole process, any question we had or any help we needed she was there !!! she even went on vacation and still called and kept in touch daily !!! I cant tell you how much I loved having her as a realtor !!!!

My wife and I recently purchased our new home with the guidance and expertise of Nikole Weldon. Nikole went above and beyond the expected duties of a realtor and we could not have been in better hands. Nikole was very professional in every aspect of our home search and buying, but her caring and personal interest in our case made this our best home buying experience. Nikole is an amazing realtor! My fiancé and I were on the search for our first home. After many interesting houses, and I mean INTERESTING, my fiancé and I were about to give in and either stay where we currently are or get an apartment which I really didn’t want to do either of those but Nikole never gave up!! There was a long break where not a lot of houses in our price range came up then a few more did but they just weren’t it! I think at about 12AM I got a generated email and saw a house that just went on the market and I didn’t want to miss it so I messaged Nikole and sure enough she answered! She helped us take all the right steps and we were able to sign on our amazing first home this past Friday! I still can’t believe it! Nikole worked so hard for us to get this home and I am forever grateful! She even had her computer out and sitting in a corner at a Christmas party just to get our offer in so we could be the first ones! HahanThank you Nikole!

Nikole was such a joy to work with she even made a spreadsheet for things that we requested in Weatherford Texas she went far and beyond to help us out and I would recommend her highly !
