We love this place. Always great tasting food. We normally get it to go.

The food is always great. But your rewards systems is terrible . There is no way to use your rewards when ordering online. You have to call in the order then go in and have them scan the barcodes. Get out of the ice ages please!!

I love their cheesesteaks but the night shift service when i went was incredibly slow. I was the only one in line. My sandwich was done before anyone began to make any fries. By the time my fries were done my sandwich was cold.

I'll be honest this is my first time eating here but this is the type restruant that would make my boi Ron Swanson happy, Like bro when I get large fries I GOT large fries than I ever did in Wendy's or some other fast food restruant. And the subs are a straight up bangerud83dudd25ud83dudd25 like bro Im definitely coming back on my cheat days!!

Extremely disappointed! I frequently come here and have noticed over the last few months the service has gone from good to completely unacceptable.nSlow, the employees have zero communication w each other or to patrons and thusly food sits unmanned because the dude doing fries has no idea the sandwich is done and sitting there. Today our sandwiches sat there for over 10 min ( not exaggerating) . When we pointed it out to fry kid. He said I’m waiting for fries.....of course this was a lie because he had just dumped fries like 3 min earlier and they were still sitting there.nThis store has gone from a 5 star ( like Lawrenceburg Indiana’s store, always excellent) to a one star that I will most likely never return to)nMaybe you had a vast turnover and everyone is new, if this is the case, your training sucks, and need to get a new trainer
