Five Guys

Great customer service! Always fresh food! It's so rare anymore to get exceptional customer service these days. The employees at five guys never cease to amaze me with their customer service skills. From what I can tell all the employees seem happy to be there and also seem like they all get along well. The employees at this particular location take the cake! I can't express how impressed I am. Other restaurants could learn a few things from these Five Guys! Thanks for always making my experience here pleasant!

I had never had 5 guys till tonight. I am so glad we tried it. This experience was amazing. Cooked perfectly great flavor. The cook they have is a great talent. The bacon we not over cooked or under cooked. The fries I for the cadjun they had great flavor a little heat but no to much. Thank you 5 guys.for a GREAT MEAL.

We ordered a delivery order tonight. When we got it, my lettuce wrap was nonexistent and my son's plain cheese burger was now a bacon burger with lettuce and mayo, and came with SPICED fries. When I called I was told they had a lot of new people they were training....I love restaurant excuses. I used to work in restaurants, on the line. Saute, grill, prep, banquets, everywhere. You don't leave new people unsupervised, if you do it's your fault. It's a Saturday night, not a good night for ALOT of new people. Smart restaurants have expo so that orders don't get screwed up. There's no wonder so many of your stores have been closed. Oh I was also told I could come in and pick up the order that was incorrectly made for delivery. I ordered delivery because I'm currently in a wheelchair! YOU ALL SERIOUSLY SUCK!!!!

I ordered tonight 2 bacon cheeseburgers all the way using Uber eats.When the food arrived it was still warm.Thank you Josh.The food from Five guys was exactly as i ordered.It was fresh, the burgers were moist and flavorful yet well done as ordered. bacon and mushrooms done yet not over cooked..Just perfect.nFries delicious..I was very very full.Thank you for A delicious fresh genuine Burger with flavor...Uber eats..You and Five guys Rock..An Amazing team..

It's definitely pressure than going to McDonald's, but it is so worth it. You get a lot of food for your money. My husband and children had never been there, so I decided to take them before a roller skating trip. They loved it! My kids filled up on the burger so they didn't get to most of their fries. We just took them home and heated them back up.
