I like the easy processing and the fact that I am becoming a home owner for once. But the only thing I hate is the payment processing app. The app does not show me my payment Information nor balance or what is owed when I become late. I always have to go to office which is a problem for me because I work days and can't make it on time before it closes.

The Services Dept at Colony Ridge is very informative. Yazmin provided me with all the information and steps to move onto my property. I will definitely be reaching out to her once im ready to move onto my property next year!

They are the most insensitive group of people. Their group of companies are together when they join against the customers to go after a foreclosure but they look all separated when you as a customer try to reach them to solve a problem generated by their system or way of doing their business. They generate an environment of insecurity and instability when they are called to assist with an issue that their own system generated. It is very sad and I am very disappointed.

I had an awesome experience with colony ridge today. Rafaella A. Arceo was the representative I talked with and she helped with my change of address.
