I drive all over Texas, Splendora is a town I avoid. The cops are extra. I've never passed Splendora without seeing someone pulled over. Be extremely careful driving through that town. My tickets almost $300 for going 5mph over the limit.

Can't believe I found this police department as an adult, about 12 years ago about 11 or 12 years old, I was an abused child who called the police twice and was ridiculed and threatened by responding officers after threats against my life were made by my abusive drunk grandmother while throwing furniture at me and my younger brothers, I was promptly beat with bush/tree branches and a metal belt many times after being made fun of by the police by my grandmother and then my mother when she woke up from a drug coma, many times over the years until cps helped me move to my father's away from my known drug addict mother. Completely ruined my perspective of police and shaped my adult behavior to feel more unsafe when police are near

Please get some training for whole department. Nite shift replace all officers they seem to use there job to help there frinds. Hope I'm wrong but that's how it looked to me.
