One of the worst Crews ive ever seen at a fast food joint.... All of them just goofing off in front of the windows as I waited in the drive thru for qell over 10 mins just to have the Manager or Team lead come to the window and tell me itll be another 10 mins... Just to see him and one of the crew members step outside for a long smoke.Mind you its already 10:20 well past time for them to be open and operational...

I went throgh drive threw and i had to go in. To get what i needed. the manager Johnna was yelling at her people bc i was taking to long. I was trying to explain what i wanted bc i am allergic to some of the food that is seeved. bc i am allergic to coco and that is in the taco meat. And if i ate that i would have went to the ER. Thr manager on duty was ever rude and had very bad customer service. The cashier was trying to help. This is the second time ive been there and had a very bad experience i will not go back.

Closed 40 minutes early for the second time in the last week! Hope that Taco Bell management knows about this from this review! This location is 100% worse than the location down the road in Porter! Taco Bell needs to look at its management and employees at this location because it's absolutely horrible especially for the Town Center that it's in! What an embarasement to the Taco Bell franchise! It's pretty sad when you have to drive to another Taco Bell twice in a week to get food because the other one decided to close 40 minutes to an hour early just because! I'm definitely taking Taco Bell off my list and welcoming Whataburger because at least they stay open when they're supposed to be open!
