Great Lakes Ace

My experience with Ace is always great. I am a widow but still need to take care of my home and lawn. Employees at Ace are very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING in their store...what to use, where to use it and most important HOW to use it!!! This 73 year old woman needs all the help she can get. You won't get this at most big box stores!!

I found the customers doing a great job wearing masks. The staff, not so much. Young woman behind the paint counter and her manager disregarded masks altogether. Reminding everyone that this virus is spreading.

I guess the employee wearing her Trump 2020 tshirt doesn’t have to wear a mask? Please Thank her for helping to keep your customers safe!

Associates very personable, bought heat tape 24 ft, only place that had product available, didn't have self sealing insulation, but otherwise good store

The employees are very helpful and got me exactly what I needed!
