We hired this company to help us decide on a fair list price and sell our home. We are not wealthy people. We ended up selling for far less than list price just to end our stress. All these people want is their money. They dont care to help the clients.nWe had to do most things from out of town which seemed an annoyance to the realtor. I never even met anyone. I expected a representative from the realtor to be at closing, but they couldn't be bothered even though we made a several hour drive for closing. They made me feel like a second class human being through the whole process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.nCommunication was terrible. 2 days before closing I received a text asking if I had contacted the mortgage company. I had no idea why I needed to do so. Turned out, realtor had failed to secure a necessary paper for the tittle company to complete the closing!nWe dealt with Melissa, actually more her assistant, but now, my personal email and cell phone are bombarded daily with spam addressed with the realtors name and physical address. I am going to be forced to change my phone number due to this horrible experience.
