Brandy is excellent she is so upbeat and professional I love how she cares for her property and tenants. She has taken care of me to the best of her ability! Greg is an outstanding maintenance man as well. Keeps the property at its best!

This team has done so much for my wife and I to really make us feel at home in Waco! It is a great location since several shops and businesses are walking distance from the complex. Looking forward to seeing this establishment grow even more and the future improvements they have in store!!

The office manager Brandy is such a delight to work with as a vendor! She is always available when I need her and knows all the answers to my questions. Greg has been there when our guys are working and is informative and helps any way he can. So glad we were given the opportunity to work with you!

Great place to live for a family , they have great ways of working with you in any way, they are very understanding and will definitely be my number one choice if im looking for apartments again :)

I highly recommend The Edmond apartments! Brandy and Melissa in the office are both personable and professional. Any time I need something they are thorough in taking care of my request. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient as well. I can't say enough good things about this community!
