The chicken nachos are delicious! I have always had a good experience at Food for Thought. I no longer live in Waco, but if I am there, I will make a point to get an order of nachos. I always recommend it to my friends who travel there as well. You won't regret stopping to get a great meal and support a local business.
This is one of my favorite spots in Waco. The owner, Terry, is always a pleasure to talk to. The food is fantastic (my favorite sandwich is the Tank), it’s always ready promptly, and the price is great for the quality. Definitely try this place out if you haven’t- you’ll likely become a loyal customer!
I got the cheesy chicken avo. It was the perfect healthy option for lunch. Why have I never though to bake things into an avocado before? I would have taken a picture of the whole thing but I ate it too fast!
Food is delicious and healthy! Substitutions are welcome. Staff is very friendly. The amount of food looks small but you will definitely be full and not hungry for a long time. Love this place!
The staff was really nice, food was ok, but just ok. $9-10 for a bun with vegetables (with no sides) feels like kind of a rip-off, especially when a lot could be done to elevate the food overall.nnI wish I could say better things for this cute little shop, but I just don't feel like it's worth it. The food looked way better online.
