It's becoming a little bit better now that people are finally respectful of the mask ordinance, for the most part.And thenRestaurants policy's are also firm about said ordinance. The downfall is when patrons remove the mask before they are in their vehicles... remember, you are in transit to your car and from the store you just left...YOU ARE WALKING IN A PUBLIC AREA... PLEASE REMOVE YOUR MASK IN YOUR VEHICLES. NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO PROVE THAT YOU JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FELLOW MAN !!! THE FOOD WILL STILL BE HOT AND ENJOYABLE WHEN YOU REMOVE THE MASK IN THE VEHICLE AND SOMEONE LIKE ME WILL DEFINITELY GIVE YOU A THUMBS UP FOR LOOKING OUT FOR MY HEALTH, ALSO !! LOOK OUT FOR YOUR FELLOW MAN, JUST LIKE MYSELF AND MY FAMILY !
Courteous, professional, and conscientious with their service. Quick and fresh with a reasonable wait time. This location boasts and delivers everything great about Whataburger. They went above and beyond following recommended guidelines for safety of staff and patrons during this pandemic. They were polite from beginning to end. By far my favorite location for Whataburger in Waco Texas.
This visit was A+. I ordered on the app and was pleased to find that I could do curbside as they put the hours back to what they started. Hardly any wait at all. My special order was correct (and very delicious). I got the chicken sandwich with Texas Toast. It holds the sauce better.nnI adore Whataburger and love having one so close, but late at night they have some trouble getting orders right.
