I’d advise you to choose another subway location. The employees are extremely rude. I understand and respect the new procedures for COVID. But if you not going to do their job properly there’s no point of doing it. My food didn’t come out as order and when I asked for it to be correct the manager showed nothing but attitude. That’s my experience and I will not go back to the Subway on North 19th in Waco, Tx and I advise you not too as well.
The staff is always nice and helpful and takes time to make sure they get your order right to the Tee.

We were trying to order ahead on the app tonight and I could not get my order to work. So we arrived at the N. 19th location at approximately 9:30 right before closing. I felt horrible for being so late. I apologized to the gentlemen who was working alone. He was very pleasant, even though he ended up having a couple of more customers arrive after us, on top of tending to the drive-thru. He was quick and very polite. I always like this location, but I really appreciated this visit. We felt very pleased with this employee!
