I've been to this place twice at different times. Once was at the end of year of 2020 and I had paid for a meal that was like $30 some what dollars and we waited in the drive through for a good 15 minutes, only to be told that the box they had made had fallen to ground and it would be another 15 minutes or so for a fresh one or they would offer to give a refund. I took the refund and went somewhere else. Nothing that really hurt me and I was fine that I got my money back. I figured I'd it another try and get a single meal for me and my mom to share. I ordered a 3 piece golden roast and when I got home with it, It was like the chicken had been sitting under the lamp for a long time and it was super dry. the skin was burnt looking but had a somewhat soggy look and texture to it. I only ate the salad, which they've always had a good salad, and my roll. The 2 stars are for when they gave me my money back from the first visit. I've been to the golden chick in Hewitt and one in another city and never had any issues with their food. Made fresh.

I am a 1st time customer and I want to thank Edger and the young man (with a headphone) for making me a very happy customer. Edger greeted me on the drive through intercom and patiently answered all my questions. When I came to the window they greeted me again with warm smiles. They continued to assist me patiently and sending me away with more smiles and thanks. I just want to say thanks to the mgmt team for hiring the right people and giving the right training to ensure customer satisfaction. Great job, Golden chick! BTW, the chicken taste good too!

Best chicken I had in long time. Better than Bushes and churches. But I still like KFC'S chicken too.

NOT VERY HAPPYud83dude24 placed an order for the five-piece catfish combo and was given the total for it. Waited in line for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the window for them to tell me they were sold out. The time was 7:15 p.m. today. It would have been nice to have known they were sold out instead of burning 20 minutes of gas waiting. I am not a happy camper!!! Not very good business!!
