Bad carpet cleaning experience. They even went back out a second time to redo the unsatisfactory work they did the first time and even that wasn't good enough. Ordered a pet treatment and carpet smelled the same, no type of freshener was used. Little stuff that was left on carpet was not sucked up by there machine. I had to go back vacuum, spray and scrub light stains and deodorize carpet myself.
This was the BEST experience that I've had since moving to this area. Tahm and his crew cleaned my carpet on short notice without complaints or price gouging. It was a day before Christmas.❤ It smelled really good, and they did an amazing job. They were professional the entire time. I will only use this crew in the future.
Be careful in dealing with this business. This guy contracted with the company I work for and received $1,700 of services and never paid us. Be careful.
Outstanding Customer Service!!!! I called them up in a pinch, on the day of moving out of our apartment I was desperate to get the carpets cleaned. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone went over and above to move a few jobs around to work me in and within 3 hrs. they were cleaning my carpets! Could not be more pleased with the work that done and the overall experience! Good job and thank Santiago!!
