Best landlords I have ever had! Quick response to maintenance needs. Well maintained. Great value. Lived here over 4 years and would recommend to anyone! You can also pay rent online, which is a big plus for me.

Great people to rent through. The property is clean, spacious, has plenty of storage room and hardly ever has any maintenance issues. Out of all the years I’ve lived here I’ve only encountered two very minor maintenance issues that were fixed within an hour. Responds quickly to maintenance requests and emails, reasonable prices, and overall friendly people. 10/10 would recommend these folks to rent through

If your looking for a rental in the waco area, you should stop in and speak with the Cash Family. Ken is a great landlord and very responsive with any maintenance issues that may arise.

My husband and I rented from them twice at different times. Once between selling our home and buying another, then again when we needed to downsize. We loved the service we got the first time and when it was time to rent again we deliberately searched for a place with them. They are professional, but kind. And any repairs needed are always done well and in a timely manner. I think they're the best in Waco.
