Words can’t express what a smooth and wonderful experience we had working with the Fraijo Team. The professionalism was amazing. I honestly feel very blessed to have had the privilege of having them by our side. Due to their guidance, knowledge, work ethic and incredible kindness we were able to purchase our dream home. Working with Andrew and Karla was a fantastic experience! They answered all of our questions; if they didn't have an answer for us immediately, they researched and promptly provided the information we needed. Their advice was on point (even when we were skeptical!), and Andrew even helped us complete some of the tasks we needed to do in order to prepare the house to go on the market.nnWe were completely impressed by all that Team Fraijo did for us -- including arranging for beautiful photos and video, along with social media marketing and an open house -- to help us get the best price possible for our home. Best money I ever spent! We tried to sell our home without a Realtor to save money and it almost caused a catastrophe. Andrew gave me some free advice during that time because he's just a great guy. When we finally reached the height of frustration, calling him was a no-brainer. We've bought and sold 3 homes over the past 12 years and he's been the hardest working agent we've ever had by far. If you're looking for someone to aggressively market your home and keep your best interest in mind, list with him!! He got our house sold quickly and at a great price. Just can't say enough good about Andrew and his wife Carla.
