Congratulations on #1 Agency...and congratulations and many thanks to Jason Rankin for selling our home. I knew from the first meeting that Jason was the one for the job! He is professional, honest and straightforward, yet tactful, kind, and funny, and I really appreciated those qualities while selling our home. It was clear he has a broad knowledge of real estate, and a keen understanding of the Waco market, but I also came to see he didn't mind rolling up his sleeves and doing the hard work for our benefit, i.e., schlepping furniture and pillows around all day for the great photos and video. Additionally, he put together an open house that was above and beyond...with a beautiful array of Milo's food and drinks, I only wish I could have stayed for the fun! ;) Jason is committed to customer service and was always available to answer questions, or run by the house to check on things while we were out of town. He was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic and timely job of selling our home.

We have purchased two homes with Jason Rankin of Camille Johnson Realty in the past few years and were very pleased with both experiences. Jason was professional and fun to work with. He very quickly understood what we were looking for, which definitely is a time saver. In Lending it is very important that communication is paramount between lender and real estate agents to coordinate a transaction smoothly with no derailments.
