Yall let me start off by saying I LOVE IT HERE. Management is amazing and so helpful! I could not make it until 7pm to move in my apt. one Friday and they gladly had someone meet me there and unlock it and give me my keys.

This property is so beautiful! The grounds were clean and well manicured. The office was bright and inviting and the staff were all friendly and attentive. This is community is definitely in my top 3 choices for the Waco area.

This is a great place to live. I love the management team. They are good to the tenants. They have made major improvements to the entire property. The manager, Rina, is good to the people and knows how to manage the property.

I have been here going on 8 months and will renew here no doubt! Lovley place to live. Quite atmosphere, property is ALWAYS clean and the staff here is always on top of things, even during this Covid stuff going on.

Places were decent, but management/customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.nnRina, the “manager” acts like a 5 year old who can’t have a normal conversation over misunderstandings. Yells at her residents and is very rude in general. For someone with that much experience, it’s scary she still works there. Find new management and you’ll find more long term clients for sure.
