Have been living here for about 1 year now and it’s average at best. Personally hate the HOA with all of its rules and regulations so will most likely leave (didn’t really know what it was at first). Also we don’t have our own personal mailboxes which is also super annoying. All the houses basically look the same, if you’ve seen one of them you’ve seen them all. And the homes are made with the bare minimum imo, not sturdy and have a few problems that hurt the wallet after the 1 year warranty is over. Nice place if you don’t mind all of these, it’s a good neighborhood for families and for the school district, but just not my cup of tea.
