Mr. Butler educated us on every aspect of his homes. Lots of options,nice range of prices.

Do NOT buy a home from this guy. He has been responsible for 2 issues in building the home we live in which has cost us lots of money. He takes NO RESPONSIBILITY in any of it. The chimneys on all the homes are not done correctly. I was told by a professional chimney company which has caused all kinds of damage to our chimney due to his ignorance. I was also told he filled holes in our area with sand which has caused foundation problems. This guy does not know what he is doing and he could care less at the end of the day. I will be lucky if I can sell this home when the time comes. I will NEVER buy another home from this guy. Just letting new home buyers to be aware. The only reason I am giving one star is I had too to post this.

Sub par performance by all of the staff. I put in an application with them 2 months ago and still have heard nothing. Every time I call and speak to Sandra the manager she says she will call me back and never does. They do not care if they have happy consumers or not. Save your time and shop eles where. Hopefully their competitors will do you better.
