This place is the worst. For one they aren’t properly wearing their face mask, having them under their chins or noses exposed. Even though my Oder was correct on the screen it was still made wrong. At the drive through two workers are just sitting there with their face mask under their chins. It’s not safe and they seem like they definitely didn’t want to be there and could careless about others or themselves.

For fast food, this location is quite lethargic and slow. To give one star is a compliment. Embarrassing staff and exhausting to deal with. The valley mills location is better but that's not saying much. Lack of management, cleanliness, and social skills to customers are less than par. Tighten it up guys or find new staff, both shifts are only there for a paycheck and minimal effort.

The one on Hewitt Dr is the friendliest in town. Always a polite greeting at the drive thru puts me in a great mood..

Everyone was nice and they got the order right. Only thing ever bad about taco bell is getting it to go cuz everything gets soggy lol
