First the Laundry room stained most of my clothes, then after they fixed them didn’t return everything. Is it Ironic that the two shirts that went missing both had firearms on them? Anti 2nd Amendment maybe or just incompetence. I’ve had problems once before at the Lake Shore location before they sold it. My advice go anywhere else. They screw you over and refuse to make it right.

I have been using them for three years and have always found them to be professional and courteous in their customer service.

I’m a new guy. Just moved here to support customer service training for one of Texas’ largest corporations. Looking for a good dry cleaner.nn1st visit:nMe: “4 articles to clean please.”nLaunderer: “Okay.”nn2nd visit:nMe: “I have a light gray suit that came back with more stains on it than I brought it to you.”nLaunderer: “Okay, we’ll re-clean it.”nn3rd visit:nMe: “The stains are all still there.”nLaunderer: “Well, we tried. We can try one more time. But we won't be held liable if we ruin the suit.”nMe: “I’d like to be reimbursed if you can’t get the stains out and go somewhere that can.”nLaunderer: “You’ll have to talk to the manager, who isn’t in right now.”nn4th visit:nMe: “Stains have only gotten worse and are all over the front of the suit coat.”nLaunderer: (Evidently ignorant to the fact that most of the stains were their own doing) “Well we can’t control whether you stain your own suit. We cleaned it and we’re not going to give your money back. How are we supposed to run a business if we just give people their money back? Take it or leave it.”nMe: ***Wondering how many of their customers ask for their money back*** “Can I speak with the manager?”nManager: “If it’s clean to your standards, you can take it. If it’s not, you can still take it. If someone else can get the stain out, the owner says we can refund the price of that cleaning.”nn***Other reputable dry cleaner treats me professionally, kindly, and gets the stains out easily their first try. They rapidly earn my business. (Call around to all the suit shops in town, you’ll quickly learn who does a good job). I scratch my head and wonder why the owner, manager, and employees of The Laundry Room value money over customers.***nn5th visit:nMe: “The suit got cleaned fine somewhere else. You said you’d reimburse me for that.”nManager: “Well, instead we decided to just refund you the money you gave us for the suit. But the owner wants you to bring the suit in so we can check to make sure the other guys actually got the stains out and that you're not lying to us.”nMe: “That’s probably fair, but I don’t just carry my suit around with me everywhere I go. It’s home, clean, hanging in my closet right now - I give you my word of honor. And honestly, as much trouble as you’ve caused me, I really don’t want to make a 6th trip in here just to let you make sure someone else fixed your mistakes.”n***Manager finally refunds money with a sullen attitude, not even making eye contact.***nMe: “Thank you”nnTakeaways:n1.tPoor service seems to start at the top with this placen2.tThey lost this customer for $12.33, never mind the hundreds of dollars I otherwise might have spent there over my customer lifetimen3.tYour experience might be different, this was only the first and last time I’ve ever done business with these folks, so you might get lucky with your garments. Best of luck to you fellow customer!

The manager here is very nice & accommodating. I had entrusted them with a very precious heirloom and there was a small piece attached by safety pin that couldn't be found on pickup. I was in tears. He sat down and went thru every step on his cameras.... from drop off to laundering & we saw the very last time that piece was seen. He called the employee who handled it & it was discovered that it was indeed given back to my teenage son. So, we did have it.... now just to find out what my son did with it. But the care, concern, & time the manager took was very much appreciated. I know the cameras are there to protect them, but they were extremely comforting to me as well.

I took some euro pillow shams to be washed and ironed. I’ve been back four times to pick them up to find creases are permanently ironed in. Then I noted a brown stain on trip 3 after they have “fixed” the problem. Last night trip 4 we went to get them to find a larger stain that appears that stain remover was sprayed on it but not re washed nor ironed. We have asked to talk to a manager but told we would have to come there in person. We work so we cannot just pop in hoping a manager will be available. We were told a manager would call us but that did not happen either.nSo today will be trip 5 to see if the shams are presentable. We paid 80 dollars for these shams. Laundry room charged us 21 dollars to ruin them. They refuse to refund us too.nSave your time, money and your clothes, go somewhere else.nTrip 5 to the laundry room ended with a stain left with discoloration around the stain. Basically the sham is ruined. The gentleman did agree to refund our money today.nWe won’t be back.
