I called to ask questions about treating mold in my RV, on my own. I spoke with Teddy twice and sent him pictures. He was extremely patient, polite, concerned, helpful, and professional. Teddy explained what he recommended I should do and welcomed me to call back anytime if I need further assistance.nnThe lady in the office was very helpful as well. I run an extended stay hotel that took on some moderate damage during the Texas ice storm in February. Servpro of Greater Waco responded rapidly during the natural diaster to get my property back online. Many of my guest were waco locals seeking warmth from the massive power outages. Teddy More and crew made it possible to keep serving my guests. The crew was honest, professional, efficient, and hard working. Teddy made the process simple for me by providing ever bit of information that the insurance adjuster needed in advance of their visit. Please call this crew when things happen at home or business. You will not be disappointed.

You'll never know when you need SERVPRO of Greater Waco (SP-GW) until you do.nnOur house was days away from being listed for sale and then a water heater failed and flooded half the house. I was heartbroken and clueless about who to call after the insurance and the realtors. Our realtors recommended Teddy at SP-GW . We talked, we met, he explained every step of the cleanup, and he went to work that afternoon.nnTeddy texted updates throughout the mitigation process, sent images and told me when he would be at the property in case I needed to meet with him. He was also very good in his dealings with the insurance carrier and patient with their process.nnWater does damage and we had had to replace flooring, drywall, carpet padding and have paint done. Normally that means contractors, and bids, and insurance issues, and, well, more. UGH. Fortunately, Teddy is a general contractor and SP-GW can provide repair services. He never pressured the selection but by that time I trusted him and his work so it was an easy decision to keep him on the job. It was a great decision. The house looked better than before and received compliments from would-be buyers.nnBottom Line: There are other companies that do what SP-GW does but there isn't a better one.

Water damage from AC leak in attic. Teddy and crew came with impressive equipment to detect water and dry the attic/ceiling/walls. Very professional and friendly. Great communication throughout the process. Chose them for the ceiling repair, and just like their motto it looks “Like it never even happened”!! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
