My pipes burst during the arctic freeze and the employees here were incredibly helpful. They helped me find the exact replacement pieces I needed and were so kind while they did it even though there were more people needing help than normal. Great customer service! I've shopped here a bit, but today when I wanted to get two five gallon buckets with lids to put water in because we don't have water, Keith Hardware was willing to fill them up for us! Such a great store in a time of need. Lindsay was super nice and helpful!
Place is great but what make them stand out is the gentlemen that run the gun counter! Knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to assist. Great prices and a great selection too.
Customer service in the gun department was the best I've found to date. A fella by the name of Terry was very knowledgeable about firearms and all there accessories that go with them. He even bore sited and mounted the scope I bought for my AR, as well as mounted some rails on it to mount the game light I purchased. Highly recommend the location in Hewitt for anyone needing assistance in there weaponry!
