I have been going to Phoenix, Kate’s Serenity Salon,nfor about ten months. I have never had someone take such care in making sure my hair was exactly to my liking! Kate Schacter is so sweet, personable and truly cares about her clients. Every time she does my hair, she makes sure I am happy with it. On more than one occasion she has toned my hair more than once it if she sees something that’s not to her standards. I will never go anywhere else!
Shayla used to be my stylist. We first met at The Fringe salon over in Oakbrook which is now salon obsession. The girl I had been scheduled with originally did my hair 3 times but 2 of those times she apparently had to leave in the middle of our session. So Shayla finished my hair those 2 times. I really liked her the first time we met. So I followed her wherever she went for a couple years. She is AMAZING top notch hands down THE BEST hair stylist I have ever been too! I miss her so much! She wouldn't stop til my hair was perfect to her. I mean I haven't met many stylists that actually take the time like she did. She would do whatever I wanted. She was fun, funny anx just a joy to be around. We could talk about whatever and listen to music and just chill while we was waiting for my hair to take the dye or foils. So if anyone knows or can point me in the right direction. I am still searching for a new hair stylist 2 years later. Please.
Real nice place. Each stylist has there on rooms and all seemed well kept.
Kate’s Serenity Salon is where my family and I all get our hair done. Kate is so friendly and takes the time to really get to know her clients and what they like/dislike. My teenagers love her just as much as we do!
I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Erica is an absolutely fantastic stylist and colorist!
