Got an all over color (blonde) and a trim with layers. It turned out great! My hair hasn’t felt his good in a long time. Taylor did a great job. Highly recommend. Average price point. Good point system.
Great customer service! I ordered a blow dryer online back in April. The fan went out and they replaced it in October with no issues. Worth shopping with them for the peace of mind that product issues are resolved quickly and easily. Staff at this location were friendly and helpful with recommendations for other products too!
Went to make up class. Was not a class it was a few girls putting half a face on you so you buy the product. I don't like liars!! Not a fan.
The salon and the store in general have been amazing at following COVID precautions and guidelines. Also the girls in the salon do amazing work.
Very rude staff. I went to get my brows done and wasn't happy with one of them because they were not even. I went back to the store and when the manager asked the employees to help fix it, they refused service right in front of me. One of the girls finally agreed to, but the rest were giggling and talking smack as soon as the manager walked away. Don't go to work if you're too damn lazy to do your job! USELESS!
