Keep in mind this is Taco Bell - fast food. With that understanding in mind, the service is fantastic. They always get the order right and are very friendly and efficient. Its amazing really - as often as I eat there they always have the order right and it is always hot and tasty.
We order tacos once a week, with varying other items. Two weeks in a row tacos were inedible. Shells broken so badly had to eat with a fork, contents tasted off, as if made ahead and reheated. Not hot. Consistently forget the hot sauce. Last night worst, threw most of tacos away. We're done.
The amount of time it takes for this Taco Bell to correct their mistakes is entirely too long. Especially considering the mistakes should be easily avoided by employees that just give a fraction of concern for customers service. Like double checking the order. I don’t expect a lot from drive through food. But this place fails. Just go to one of the other restaurants that are in the same parking lot. You won’t save time using this drive through.
Went thru the drive thru.. ordered nachos bell grande with extra cheese. No extra cheese and barely any meat on it. Sorry got to do better.
Always forgets something. Today at 12 pm I ordered food in the drive through and I didn't check my order. Got home and they forget the sauce. Always don't ask me what sauce I want if your not going to put it in the bag
