Moved in to Devon Place apartments in November. Tammy was a wonderful help in getting me situated in the perfect unit. This place has everything from outdoor grills, playgrounds, pool, workout facilities, and even a doggie park! I have a one bedroom that was furnished by Niu Urban Living where I work (you'll see the pictures here). So far it has been a good tranquil experience and maintenance has been quick to resolve any of my requests. Apartments are brand new, really beautiful, and in a great central location.

I moved into Devon Place in August and have been exceedingly pleased. I teach from home and am in my unit most of the day. Maintenance team is quick to respond and management is very responsive. Units are brand new and in great shape. Love the quiet and respectful atmosphere. Thanks!

We love the environment here! We were looking for a new apartment and went to a couple places before coming here, and when we met Tammy we felt welcomed since the beginning, we did not think twice and we decided to move in!! It has been the best decision, the amenities, the attention, the apartment by itself, we wouldn’t change it!

I called the office today asking for help finding an apartment for a friend. Spoke to Tammy and was more than helpful with information. We have an appointment on Friday to tour the community. So ready to see what they have to offer. See you Friday!
